CSA season is well underway! Lots of lovely and delicious vegetables are growing, being harvested, and showing up in our doorways. Several veggies are easily identifiable and are easy to incorporate into yummy dishes, while others are not so familiar. One vegetable that I have been struggling to find usage for is celery.
