Fitness
Innisfree has an established partnership with the Fried Center for the Advancement of Potential (FCAP). This provides coworkers and volunteers alike the opportunity to receive 1:1 personal training under the close supervision of a physical therapist. The CKC system utilized at FCAP is based on functional, closed-chain, resistance exercises used in combination with target heart rate training. The goal of this unique system is to increase functional strength and cardiovascular health and therefore reduce the risk of injury and negative health outcomes as a result of aging.
